On December 10^th 2009, we held a quality sum-up meeting for year 2009.
    On the meeting, quality control leader Mr.Xu made a detail analyse and sum-up for quality control in year 2009, and mainly introduced the following aspects:
    1. We require much higher standard for the raw material. Quality control department took the relative methods to complete the quality control internet, defined each employee’s quality responsibilities and carried out in work. In the meantime, we made the correlative rules and regulations according to the company’s requirements, strictly controlled the quality and combined with the actual action, arranged every batch raw material inspection and did the daily selective examination, when found the problem ,solved the problem at one time. Some problem can’t be completely altered, we set down the corresponding correct and prevent methods.
     2. In year 2009, all of us take seriously recognition on the quality work. Quality control department increased the depth and force on the quality supervise inspection, put forward the higher standard and requirement on the quality work. In quality work aspect, we mainly carried out the locale working place management, put the inspectors as the important part for supervise management, strictly carried out the operation procedure, carried through the requirement of the quality system program file, put the key sections: packing inspection, chemical inspection, component inspection ect as the most important points to ensure the good service quality, termly and aperiodically carried out the supervise inspection, ensure all the products passed the quality inspection. Unqualified products disposed at once to ensure the company’s management successfully went on. 
     3. Required the purchase department to strictly carry out the quality system file, enhanced the material purchase approve, and controlled on the contract carry out, held from the material purchase, prevented and reduced the unqualified products into the production, ensure the 100% inspection on the material before putting into the storage, for the unqualified products, we made 100% disposal and sure the quality of the material supply.
      In a word, under the company’s leader guides and every department colleague support and cooperation, the products quality had a farther upgrade. For example: Client’s satisfaction continuously increase, the quality complaint reduced a lot compare with former years, the products passed rate continuously increase.  Even this year we achieved a good result, we also have the problem that can not be neglected, the mainly problems are the responsibility problem, implement force problem and lack of the scientific management, we have to improve on these shortages.
     Finally, vice-general manager Mr.Chen had the following requirement for 2010 quality control system work:
     1. Increase the knowledge, enhance the quality instruction, buildup the inspector’s responsibility and consciousness. Enhance the quality file and system training, in order to change the quality control system into everybody’s self-actions, to make every quality control system into real work.
     2. Enhance the management, make a clear distinction on the duty. Tidy up the procedure, fulfil the responsibility. Increase the implemented power function.
     3. Actively develop the department prevention actions, develop kinds of quality countercheck activities, check the correctness and integrality of products drawing, technical conditions, craftwork regulations, equipment operation criterion; organize the operation person to study, digest the drawing and technical file, when do the examination, it requires the inspectors with full knowledge; make the quality prevention work in standardization, formality and regulation. 
      4. Enhance the procedure control, carry out the responsibility rules, define each inspectors duty during the inspection locale quality control; strict the inspection discipline, increase the examination during the inspection procedure.
     We believe in year 2010, our quality control system will go to a new step.
